How an order works
- Place order — shipping address + 18+ confirmation, then PayPal.
- Pay with PayPal — a PayPal window opens at checkout. Status moves to paid when PayPal confirms the capture. Charged in USD.
- Build / pick & QC — warehouse units ship faster; built-to-order units follow factory prep. Pre-ship photos available on request (see Returns & QC).
- Dispatch — unmarked outer carton; full-size dolls ship free via the fastest supported lane; hip and half-body parts add a shipping quote.
