What “free shipping” means

Full-size dolls include shipping in the product price — air or sea, free at checkout. Hip molds and half-body parts add a carrier quote at checkout for destination and packed weight. We dispatch on the fastest supported lane for your country. Discreet packaging. Typical ETA after dispatch is 5–12 business days on air lanes (US, EU, UK, CA, AU, JP, and more); sea-only lanes such as Mexico are longer.

  • Supported destinations: 52 countries/territories from our carrier rate card.
  • Production / prep time is separate if the body is built to order (typically days).
  • Remote territories may need an extra fee or longer transit — we confirm before charge.
  • Duties/taxes outside tax-prepaid lanes are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated.

Where we cannot ship

Checkout only lists the countries above. Other destinations are not available — there is no “Other” field and we cannot accept orders outside this list.

Discreet packaging

Outer cartons carry no adult branding, product names, or product photos. Couriers see generic freight labels and dimensions. Boxes are large and heavy (often 30–40+ kg for full-size) — plan a clear path indoors.
